Looking for help with crafted caster gearset

Hello all, Just returning to game and looking for some guidance about gears....i just play caster chars and was thinking about crafted gears ...what are the stats that i must aim for a crafted gearset? Just like a thread about melee gearset in this forum

I don't have a full gearset for you, but one idea that I use during leveling casters, for either Intelligence or Wisdom casters (doesn't work for Charisma), is helms/hats with Spell Focus Mastery, casting stat, and (level 10+) Insightful casting stat. E.g., at level 5, you have +4 Int, +2 Spell Focus Mastery, while at level 13 you have +7 Int, +3 Insightful Int, and +3 Spell Focus Mastery.

For a caster, you obviously need item to increase your main stat

Then, depending of your spells, you may need
- <school> mastery or spell focus mastery
- Spell penetration
- Spellpower

All those stats can be with normal bonus and insight bonus

Check the ddo crafter tool to see where you can put all those enchantment. Then add other bonus (CON, PRR, false life, resistance,...)
