With the U39 changes, I'm revisiting Fury of the Wild - I've always liked the Destiny but it tends to sit in the shadow of Legendary Dreadnought.

Let's start with the melee side of the equation. With SWF + Shield Bashing on Legendary Van Richten's Cane, you'll have 15-18/x5, 19-20/x6 on a main Hand Axe and 19-20/x6 on shield bashes, generating a Vorpal effect once every ~2.14 sec or an Adrenaline charge every ~6.43 sec. That's easily enough Vorpals to make Overwhelming Force a perma-stun. It also means that the cooldown on Exposing Strike should be up about the same time the next Adrenaline is ready, so Adrenaline criticals will be @x6. Note that accumulating Fury for Unbridled Fury is trivial - you'll probably have replenished 10 Fury before Unbridled Fury runs out. En Pointe also delivers auto-crits (albeit without Adrenalines +400% damage boost).

On the ranged side, there's not really much beyond the most basic bow benefits. However, the bow itself has x5 criticals and Aimed Shot adds another +1 multiplier (when available), so it should hit pretty hard even without any investment in Arcane Archer - the intent is to only use the bow for Adrenaline in conjunction with Manyshot/IPS.

Thoughts:
1. Race. This is largely irrelevant without a lot of racial AP.

2. Wisdom vs. Dexterity. The new Bucklers are all Dex-based, so that means either using Dexterity or using Wisdom (via Falconry). It's a bit of a toss-up. Going with Falconry would mean losing Killer and the benefits of Vistani, but gaining 30% more helpless damage and Wisdom-to-tactics as well as some Assassinate abilities. It would also probably mean shifting over to Aasimar (or, more likely, Scourge). The Dex version has an easier time reducing Fortification as well. However, since the build is designed to sit at/near the Doublestrike cap @30, a Wisdom-based version would likely be more future-proof.

3. Twists. Legendary Shield Mastery is a given. The rest aren't all that set in stone since the most commonly chosen expensive twist (Sense Weakness) is in tree. Pin/Otto's are a possibility, but a bit clunky.

4. CC/Defense. Defense isn't horrible - there's somewhere around 10% damage reduction from Barbarian on top of a decent (primarily gear-based) PRR, easily capped MRR and evasion. But certainly not tank levels of defense. Virtually all of the CC comes from epic levels and the main component is the single target Overwhelming Force.

5. Called Shot. I'm really of two minds on this. For my purpose, all I really care about is the critical multiplier component - and the ranged version is better. However, it doesn't make much sense to switch to bow without Manyshot or IPS being worthwhile, so most of the time Adrenaline will be used with melee. Aimed Shot also provides a critical multiplier boosted ranged attack while there is no alternative to Called Shot for melee.

6. I'm not entirely sure of the Precision/Adrenaline interaction. I'm pretty sure it works - the Rage from Adrenaline doesn't interfere with Precision - but I'm not 100%.

7. Spell Points. With no Magical Training and only 12 levels of Ranger/3 levels of Bard, the available SP is limited. While the build doesn't really cast much beyond low level buffs, En Pointe can burn through SP in a hurry. I'm not sure how much of a concern this really is.

8. Skills. 7 ranks in Balance is a pre-requisite for GSWF. At least some perform is necessary for the three Bard songs I can access and there's no reason to spitefully ignore them. Hide is useful for Scion of the Ethereal Plane, but Scion of Arborea is potentially better - it's not an easy call when the critical profiles are so strong.

So I'm not sure which way to jump. The ability to generate enormous bursts of damage is inherently useful. With a x5 critical multiplier, using Adrenaline on every 30th attack is ~35% increase in damage over time (~42% if using Called Shot). But there doesn't seem to be an obvious optimal point.
