I was using the CC crafter beta and did not come across a insightful assassinate shard recipe. Does one exist within the Cannith crafting school, and for what items can it be applied to including slot (prefix, suffix, or extra)?

You can also make it on gloves or a weapon, but that competes for other good gear slots more.
