I recommend use quenched dagger instead energized. First, Freezing Gale have more versatile Will save instead Reflex from Electric Storm, second - Orien trader and crafter Zavina have a least one in stock...
And... death animation from Freezing Gale look so awesome... 8)

Already got in contact with Zavina and got the other 3 daggers, so looking for the last one to complete the set.
