I would like to share over how I have succeed my vip subscription refund

Recently due to my auto subscription with vip, I had to request for refund, and I have manage to cancel my subscription within 3 days
here's how I did it.

there are two places I have sent email.
First place is as followed

I had to register and request for support and write email to them.
explain over my situation and write some of details about my payed info

but there weren't any replies for 1 day ish

So after that, I wrote another email to following place

I also wrote and copy paste above email detail also.
but there weren't any replies also for a days

afterwards I wrote email to gm in ddo. regards where do I need to send email over this issue.
No reply

then after that [which is my third day]
an email has returned as follow

can I refund and cancel my vip ?

at first I did not know what the bottom section about but after I realize what they want I sent another mail with
my phone message with my credit card payment and went into credit card website took the info of that payment and sent it as image.

after few hours , yay i got my cancel


conclusion

1. The reply speed is quite slow.

2. include the image of recipe and answer the above 6 questions and I assume it will be done faster.

3. I assume http://store.turbine.com/DRHM/store?...52200&Env=BASE
link has redirected my request to standing game so do mail both!

that concludes my adventure over vip subscription cancellation
