    Default I want to refund vip but no email replies me back

    I am currently trying to refund vip status that was auto renewed.
    I did not realized about auto renewal so it automatically done it around 3rd of July.
    so I canceled my auto renewal and trying to refund my vip.

    The reason why I would like to refund my vip is to buy the items from summer sale and
    if refund is impossible, I want to halt my vip status to buy summer sales item at least.

    Thus, I tried to contact standing stone game support with email, but they never replied back to me for 3 days.
    Then I tried to email to support from ddo.com refund section but I did not receive any email.
    Then, I tried to write ticket to in game gm to find out about how to email, but gm also does not reply my track!

    Where do I need to discuss regards this issue!

    Good luck getting that resolved.

    could try a PM to CS_Alkaid,

    maybe you will get lucky.. others have been waiting months to get issues like this resolved.

    Welp I guess that means, no summer sale item to me and that means no spending until black friday for sure : /

    it has been said before, its a bad policy not letting vips buy sales but is is sop (money is money,they should take it ). you can try reversing the charges but once turbine (yeah turbine thats where my credit card says my payments go) you will not get it back and they wont turn it off. whenever i go vip i cancel the next day to prevent this, after it happening to me a few times. once they charged me early and i went though this. good luck to you

    I have manage to get refund and canceled my vip.
    my effort paid off! Time to buy all the summer sale items starting from gnome ! yay

    for those of you curious over where I send,

    I sent mail to https://help.standingstonegames.com/hc/en-us this place

    and it might take 1~ 3 days of replying time so do need patients.

    they sent email as followed initially.

    your order confirmation email for any customer service contact
    information. Please resubmit your request, along with your order number
    and product(s) purchased, through the means indicated in your
    confirmation email.

    If you do not have a copy of the confirmation email from your purchase,

    may locate your order and assist:
    - Order Number
    - Name, Phone Number, and Email Address on the Order
    - Date and Amount of the Charge
    - Name of the Site the Purchase Was Made On
    - Name of the Product(s) Purchased
    - Description of the Charge on Your Credit Card Statement

    Please do not send your credit card number through email.
