Massive overheals are pretty easy for some builds in low R without any need for crazy gear or past lives. Bladeforged sorcerer with 200 repair SP on R1 gets two Reconstructs. (150*4*1.4)*.4 = 168 a pop on R1. At cap 100% repair amp and ~300 repair SP is reasonable... (150*3*2)*.4 = 360. And that’s on two separate 5/6 second timers. If you really go wild you could get 200% (or 220%, idk if the sets would overlap) repair amp and 600+ repair SP on a sorc with 35-40 crit chance... (150*6*3)*.4 = 1080 non-crit, 2214 minimum on a crit (potentially much higher, probably at least 2700). Ooh and if you don’t mind using one of two pretty awful THF caster weapons, add 2 to Reconstruct’s max level and... 1224 non-crit Reconstruct!!

Same with FvS and Cleric sort of, except they don’t get a Heal SLA at like level 2, and there’s way more healing amp and healing spellpower to go around (I think?) so bigger, slower, more expensive heals. Knock 10% off the numbers for R2, 20% for R3, etc. The theoretical almost-maxed out repair hits for a whopping 108 on R10.

An invisible hireling hiding in a corner on passive can give you unnerfed healing, but it might just sprint for the nearest bear trap, fall face first into it, and die. Imagine how boring the game would be if hireling AI was really good, though.

TL;DR I don’t really have a good answer but Bladeforged are awesome & if all of your characters aren’t Bladeforged already you need to TR them pronto. Or just use cocoon and roll a warlock like everyone else. If you play it in Unyielding Sentinel and somehow are accidentally 50 feet behind the next party member at all times that’s basically 100% damage mitigation. Otherwise the T3 Aboreian Brown Rat in R10 doesn’t care how much you can heal anyway. He’s going to laugh at your desperate mass hold monster, make a crude joke about how that pathetic displacement is so 2012, and then crit you through your 280% fortification for 12000 damage anyway.

I know all that But Thanks :-)

I think there might be some barb abilities that self heal and
Is not affected by reaper? Maybe im wrong.

    And probably some other.

So question is not about overhealing to get through reaper,
Its about What abilities isnt affected by reaper?

Any other than temp hits and monk heals?

Barb Ravager Blood Strength - the on-hit healing is nerfed but the on-kill part isn't(considered external source rather than self, same as light monk curse).
same logic works for No Remorse (Divine Crusader core) and autumn harvest. Also... if you summon a dryad she sometimes throws a heal spell on you =)

I imagine artifier's Automated Repairs might repair you fully too, and probably not your dog, but that I haven't had hands on.

    Edit:
Oh and any other false life source, such as Occult Slayer Vampiric Bond, Berserker's Blood Tribute, Ravager's I Like Pain, Elrditch Knight's Eldritch Shield and of course Warlock's Shining Through, Brilliance, Stanch and Feigned Health, the spell False Life, Greater Heroism, bard's Inspire Greatness... Unyielding Vanguard's Epic Moment..... probably more I missed...

Palemaster self-healing is still pretty efficient. You'll already have gear towards that since it affects your damage. While the actual ticks are reduced, if you have death aura and lesser death aura running all the time, it should keep your HP pretty well topped off.

There are some fun PM melee builds out there.

I finally had time to test last night and this one can be ignored. One spirit healed 2181 on EE and a useless 87 on R10. Definitely not a healing option worth losing prr etc over.

The hireling on passive in the corner often wont heal you at all when you have yourself targeted and use the heal command it wont cast heal over half the time unless you take it off passive. It has happened more times than I can count on non reaper I wouldnt trust in reaper at all
