Right now WIS is the only stat that isn't supported for weapon combat. STR is STR, Dex has many builds including Vistani, Int has Harper, and CHA is probably the strongest stat right now between Swash and Divine Might and also being a caster stat.

Wis has bubkis. Even monks and druids can't get wis to dmg. Only FvS and it takes 10+ levels and a favored weapon. Or using flame blades, which have all the drawbacks of pure fire damage.

The easy solution would be simply put wis to dmg in Warpriest or somewhere, like Swash has options, or add in a whole divine Harper style tree supporting wis builds like int builds.

I'll also propose something more creative, so wis builds could hold par with other stats in weapon combat without simply being a copy:

Incantation (or Battle Chant)
Enhancement, put it where you think appropriate
Your weapon strikes apply an effect that deals your WIS modifier as Bane (Light?) damage every 2 seconds for (class lvl/2) seconds, stacking up to (class lvl) times. Each stack has its own timer. Scales with melee/ranged power.

So at max stacks, pure class, it's adding WIS mod x10 in DPS. I think that's ballpark balanced since it won't crit like actual weapon damage and doesn't gain multipliers for things like THF or SWF bonus stat to dmg. And it has to ramp up.

The advantage of this over just wis to damage is that it allows for wis to give you steady damage even if you're breaking your attacks to occasionally heal or cc or buff or use monk moves, which befits the wis classes being more tuned to support and hybrid roles.
