Would be superb if I can tell a melee type hire to walk a few feet in front of me (the direction that I'm facing), a caster to be next to me (flanking), a ranged type to be behind me and a stealth type to scout ahead, for example.

Would go to far to do this for normal summons as they're supposed to less trainable.
