Let's jump right into the build!
Race: Half Orc or Aasimar.
Orcs get 20% dmg to helpless opponents. The wepond line, and an insta crit attack. Don't forget the 40 melee power action boost clickie for 140 extra melee power when you use it along with the prowess filigree set!

In theory, Aasimar can also be a very good choice. 5% doublestrike, 10 melee power stance, vulnerability, some heal amp, +2 dcs, the heals.
Stats: Max STR, then CON and INT. With my 32 pts 1st lifer in the video, I put 20 STR, 16 CON, 12 INT.
Skills: UMD, Concentration. If more points, jump, intimidate and swim. I do have +7 tomes so that's what I take. If no tomes the only things you lose is like 200hp ish, 6.5dmg, 4ish dcs and skill points to get the secondary skills.
Feats:
Even a fighter has to make tough feat choices!
Let's prioritise our feats.
1) PA
2) Cleave and great cleave.
3) THF line or TWF line if you have tomes and you want to play with 2 weponds.
4) All the dps increasing ones. Wepond specialization, power critical.
5) Dodge and mobility. This is what makes this build different. Dodge is a prereq for kensei enhancements, Mobility gives more dodge cap.
6) The tactical dc increasing ones except the +2 one.
That's my feats up untill level 20.
Then you have your Epic feats at 21, 24, 27 and 30.
1) Overwhelming critical is a no brainer at level 21.
The other good fighter ones are blinding speed, bulwark of defence and epic damage reduction.
I skip blinding speed. I use pots or gear to get the haste effect. With the feat I earn I have some choices.
1) Precision for mobs with fortification. This is kinda strange though. It does make a huge dps difference but you lose lay waste. So no CC option for mobs with fortification.
2) Insightful reflexes for more reflex saves.
3) Stunning Blow. Even though we already have too many buttons to push.
4) The last +2 dc feat.
3 feats, 6 options. Take your pick! I get bulwark, insightful reflexes and precision.
+2 DCs won't be needed i guess, stunning blow is nice but as i said, there are too many buttons already and 10prr is very nice but i think reflex saves are more important.
Then we have our Epic Destiny feats. Dire charge is a no brainer, perfect two wepond fighting is also needed and for the last one, either deific warding or elusive target. I go with deific warding.
Enhancements:
I spend 19 AP in the racial tree, if Aasimar or any other race offers more for you, go for it!
3 cores, all the wepond line, the 40 melee power action boost, 3 ranks in improved power attack, Brutality and raging crush is what i take.
Then Kensei, our main tree. 41 AP spent here. All 5 cores to the capstone.
All the wepond line.
All the tier 5s.
Haste boost. My go to Action boost. 30% attack speed = straight up 30% more dmg compared to 40 melee power from Half orc. I only use the half orc action boost for fun huge crits or when im out of haste boost charges.
2nd tier 4th enhancement you have a multiselector. I go for Agility. +3 reflex saves and +3 dodge cap. I also take 3 times Improved dodge and 3 times athletic mastery.
3rd tier, 3 times critical mastery, 2 times shattering strike. We need 2 ranks to get 40 AP spent for the capstone. Dont underestimate this. 15 % fortification bypass along with 25% from precision and the gear make boss fights so much faster.
Tier 4 everything, tier 5 everything.
No room for extra dcs or STR
Then I spend points in harper. 16 points.
Harper enchantment, 2 toughness, 2 KTA, 6melee power, 3 skills.
Last but not least, 4 points in Stelward defender. 3 ranks in stelward defence mastery is what we need. Higher dodge cap!~
And that was my fighter dps build!
GEAR: Levels 1-8 carnifex, Phiarlan Mirror Cloak and the rest from Cannith Crafting.
Level 8: Slavers set
Levels 10-30 The helm from slavers and the rest Cannith Crafted. Weponds carnifex, riftmaker, vorpals if you like. Level 20 epic antique greataxe, levels 21-28 drow greataxe, level 28 riftmaker, endgame wepond legendary tail of the scorpion falcion or raid Baba Maul or Greataxe. I like my falcion! Endgame non raid gear on another threat. If TWF the scimitars from Toxic treatment or the khopeshes from Baba.
This is a fun build! Endgame numbers are very good, MRR close to the 100 cap, Prr 140 ish, AC 49% miss chance at endgame, Dodge 30%, 85ish reflex saves 68% doublestrike. more that 300 melee power when an action boost is used.
EDs: Legendary Dreadnaut. Twists cocoon and Primal scream. Then you have some options. Sense weakness on mobs you can stun. Fortification bypass ones in quests with undead. Hail of blows is also nice!
Maby Crusader if you can't keep Blitz up.
Maby Sentinel when soloing twisting Lay waste and momentum swing for CC or Concecration for another HOT.
