    That's not correct.

    I'm not sure about Korea, but you've at least got EST, CST, and PST listed wrong for the given UTC.

    E.g., EST is -5 hours from UTC.

    You are correct that EST is -5 from UTC; however, you are missing DST. EST is -6 atm. Hope to see you there!

    EST is -5 year round, by definition; it doesn't change. What DST means is that most people in the Eastern time zone aren't on EST, they're on EDT.

    And EDT is -4, not -6.
