I thought wis to hit and dmg from fvs needs half fvs levels no?
Is it bugged ? Will they fix it?

No bugs, no exploits. Simple build. Helpless stun things, then triple crit with Deadly Shots for large #s to fill the screen, then triple execute with A Good Death, for even larger #s to fill the screen.

Is wisdom and the 3 cleric levels just for Mass Frog or does it have some other impact I am overlooking?

Soundburst for helpless starting in early heroics, which combined with quicken and quick draw will be a quick cast before going back to pew pew, lasers! Kensai will be our DC casting tree to make it work, due to having +10 wisdom.

I ran a test a bit ago on playing an artificer with the monk-ish setup of CCing off wisdom, and dpsing off of a different stat (Int). I really liked the results. Tilo broke through spell resistance there, but I'm trying on this build to go for higher base dps instead. I'm pretty sure it's a mistake, but I think lightning sphere will pick up some of the slack.

If I made a melee version, it would definitely break spell resistance, to work with cleaves.

Updated OP to break spell pen as well. We need just 1 feat for the ED twists, and to swap to a divine caster level ED. This will bump spell pen up as needed, until we get to BoGW. At some point I'll have to test stacking. I think one of them doesn't stack, but I forgot which.

No it had FvS levels, due to higher base class saves, but there is a bugsploit related to FvS, so I swapped the class out.

Lets see, if first 12 ap is harper, and next 23 is BE for EF, that puts us at 35 AP level 9 to have 1 arti > 3 cleric > 1 arti > 2 fighter > 2arti levels > 10 more fighter levels, getting IPS at level 13. Now I just have to work out a feat list. Spreading out the arti for trapping, and for Strinati's at 5 for boxes.
