I put in a ticket 5 hours ago, i can access every server accept ghallanda. the rest of my guild is not having any issues. i have tried waiting for over an hour for it to clean, i've tried relogging different servers & i've reinstalled the whole game.
please please help

Cleaning old connection can not access the main server i use all other servers work

update
now 12 hrs i've also tried removing user preferance setting also to no result any suggestions?????????????????
