weapon swaps have an ISSUE since U38

I've heard from a LOT of players, so it's not just me. Something is amiss with weapon and other hot-bar swaps.

*And while I'm at it*...........Trips and shield bash aren't wai either. Trips sometimes don't go off at all, (and trust me, my DC's are plenty high enough)

Massive lag spikes on Sarlona and Thelanis tonight.

Just as a follow up., there have been massive nighttime spikes of lag since the update not just on Sar. Even when the lag is manageable gear swapping of any kind not just weapons and shield have also been pretty bad.
