I'm pretty sure they wont do that because of the risk or exploits.

Mules are inconvenient, especially about the time you need 3-4 of them and can't remember what you have on them. Then you still need a shared bank with space to pass them to your main or alts because you can't mail BTA nor can you log in with your mule and main/alt at the same time for the same reason - they must be on the same account.
