They probably need to reset your server. There have been various similar problems on GLAND this week. The new tavern in house J kept crashing my whole party. We couldn't reform group. ETC

We've also realized that the server seems to still be trying to load characters into the tower. Essentially when we try to party invite those characters, we get the "You can't create, destroy, or modify a party while any members are teleporting" message. So any toon that's tried to get into Van Richten's tower can't join a party, even after relogging.
