Rogue hirelings

Hi. Do rogue hirelings all automatically come with
high skill levels in spot and search ?

Or are you forced to level those skills yourself ?

The rogue hires are pre-set with their skills just like every other type of hire. Not all rogues are the same so their skills can differ greatly from each other. Some are acrobats and some are assassins. Depending on difficulty and what level you are running you may need to buff them with at least a GH to spot or disable traps. For the most part, until mid to high epic levels, you don't need to really buff them at or quest level +2 on elite or below. If you know where the trap box is, but the rogue can't spot the trap, hit the disable icon and usually they still will disable the trap.
