Looking for TWF build

Hello, just started playing the game agian after 4 years of inactivity, I am just wondering what is a good twf build. is the pyrene build still viable? also is the blitz build viable? what am i looking for in a build for endgame?

Reflex yes, Fort maybe, Will LOLz But you get fom.

In non reaper I can break 1000 on a CSW, this is of course with a ton of the correct gear, but you need that on any character to do well regardless of class.

Another option is 15 Paladin/5 Ranger. Less damage but better heals and defense. More HP. My tempest has the PRR and HP past lives, this might be missed on a toon that doesn't. Heavy armor is more PRR and d10 Hit Dice for most of the levels is more HP. You still get the wonderfull Tier 5 tempest stuff.

Pure fighter or 18/2 is also good. You don't get the AOE damage from Dance of Death but you get ton of tactics options that are very nice. Self-healing is not as good.

Rogues are also strong right now with Vistani working very synergistic with Assassin.
