If you have 4 APs to spare (or are making an Arcane Archer in the first place), you can pick up Energy of the Wild, which grants the Magical Training feat; useful for both the extra SPs and the Echoes of Power effect.

You will also naturally gain more SPs as you level, since it's scaled by number of ranger levels.

At T3 arcane archer you can get Soul Magic...seems to work well enough for my Ranger in keeping the sps up.
