Current iconic thrower build?

So, all the thrower builds I am finding are out of date - before the AA nerf or before the Vistani nerf, etc. What is a good solid shuri build I can do as a 15-30 life? I can eat the +1 heart if needed, have 3 fighter PLs, also Paladin and Barbarian, decent amounts of gear and a fully capable crafter. +4 tomes all around (+5 WIS and STR, I think, from random drops). Have seen pure monk, 14 monk / 6 ranger, 8 fighter / 6 monk / 6 ranger - just not sure what is a good way to go there.

How'd it turn out in the end?

i think mercifull shot is exclusive with good death or deadly strike, because i tried it on my last shuri build. Get only sniper shot from dws, and more sneak attack and ninja sting from ninja spy, or ligth the candle, embrace the void and contemplation from henshin.

Favored enemy, unded, because they have sneak attack and critical imunity

the best thower is a pure monk, Monk thrower builds has maximun power whit max dex, and the capstone gives + 5sneak atack and +2 to dex, a pure monk has +2 crit range and + crit mult, and 100% double shot from TTS plus ranged power bonus , if mixed whit vistani and human trees, you can get + 5 dex and +10 double shot.

the special atacs from ranger and figther trees its good but imo, dont be better than a pure monk. whit the split you will lose 1 crit range, up to 9sneak atack 2 dex from capstone, 70% double shot from TTS.

the thrower build for epics its ok from level 23, in low levels its a pain in the ass, level 23 you can use celestia the best of hand weapon. the thrower damage has a exponential power up its weak in low level but extreme power in high leves
