    Exactly 24 damage.

Also keep in mind that while enemies are stunned, they're considered helpless and take an additional 50% damage.
So that means I'm doing 16 Force and 16 Sonic damage exactly at level 13.

And I'm doing 34 and 34 at level 16 which translates to 23 damage-ish at that level.

Having a gold goblet over my head to indicate availability of a quest
Having a catchphrase that never really catches on
Having various rewards that are generally not worth the trouble
    Wandering around randomly
Giving out obvious information if it wasn't obvious enough
Repeating the same lines over and over again

I faffed about a bit, turned to leave and there was a red barrier across the door and I could not leave. I have seen these barriers before, locking people out of a room where there is a fight, or locking progress from one room to the next before you have completed certain objectives, but I have never seen one locking you IN when there is no fight! Dimension door got me back to the start of the quest, but inconvenient nonetheless.

Had the barrier remain up for us today too. We kinda figured it was due to us whacking the boss to hard as he doesn't instantly die when his hp hits 0 if he hasn't gone through half his dialogue. Second time though the barrier did drop after the beholders death.

The odd thing was that one of us got out and a minute or so later the barrier was up so the other could not get out.

Default Quarantine incompletable when mobs behind gates

I've seen this one in a few other threads, but ran into it myself. In one of the alleyway boss fights (where gates come up and a portal spawns), bad guys were alive on the 'other' side of the gate and the gates wouldn't drop when the red named and his cronies on my side were dead. I could neither proceed nor kill the guy on the far side of the gate (but still had objectives to complete).

Funny part of this was when I logged in the next day, the quest had registered as complete, it gave me end-rewards, and let me proceed with the story-line.

I don't think the buffs are applying on Iron Defenders and Wolves properly

I'm going to file this under U38 but I could be wrong. Then again, it was the first time I experienced this and i don't have many alt's to effectively confirm this one.

    Did (Heroic Elite) Von 1
Air Memphits (confirmed it was not an Air Elemental) in the Arena were tossing me around like they were Air Elementals. Every time they did their "special" I was thrown across the arena and knocked prone.

    Anyone else experience this?

DC 79 atm (more equipment incoming in 2 levels) is knocking things down.

Actually mixing in some of the other CC spells now too.
Spiked growth is much more party friendly, so tossing some nonmeta version of thus.

Even casting some Earthquakes w/o the typical Ice Storm and doing fine.

This bug is not unique to U38 content, it happens in quite a bit of content released all across the years.

That's not to say that it shouldn't be noted, or fixed. Just that it isn't a U38 specific bug.

Here's one that does seem to be U38 specific:

NPC dialog boxes now appear to the upper right of the screen so NPCs are not covered during interactions.
This isn't happening. Dialog boxes appear right over NPCs just as they have always done. To test, which seems like it should have been an obvious part of the U38 QA testing, just open a dialog with Haden d'Jorasco or Bril Norgate to begin the U38 adventure pack chain.
