Default Reavenloft 20% sale ended 2 days early

Get 20% off the Ravenloft Collector's and Ultimate Fan Editions in the DDO Market!

False advertising! The sale is over 2 days early! Is the customer right or is this becoming a habit of screwing over customers with incorrect dates like with the Anniversary gift turn in date which ended earlier than announced 2 years ago. I can buy 2 games for what this expansion costs on sale and would probably get better customer support and fewer bugs. I would like to support the devs but I can't if they don't support the customer!

I still see the sale just fine.
Are you sure you checked the DDO Market and not the DDO Store?

    Edit: Helpful link is helpful.

Your link has the sale but the link I get from clicking on the game launcher advertisement link does *not* have the sale. It was working yesterday. The link I get from the game launcher is the following.

    Interesting.

My url (which came from the DDO Market link at the top of the forum) uses SiteID=ssg as one of its markers.
Your url off the launcher uses SiteID=turbine.

Looks like someone needs to update the url the launcher uses. =P

However, the sale is still there, should you wish to partake of it.
Just use the site link instead of the launcher link.

    That is bizzare.

changing the site id to atari leads to a totally different page too...

When I follow the link from the launcher I am taken to the correct place. Unsure what's going on.

Here is the link you should be going to, which still does have Ravenloft on sale at 20% off.

Both your and xCataluna's link correctly give the sale. I have done some more testing and found that the big Ravenloft picture advertisement gives the correct link with sale but the advertisement underlined link in the scroller below the Username and Password does not (see text of the problem advertisement from my 1st post). The problem is consistent and repeatable for me (Windows 7 & Firefox).

I suspect what's probably happening is a cached page being loaded because of the particular link from the launcher; had you visited the market page before the sale started? Try hitting control-F5 on the page and see if it loads properly. What is the page URL that displays in the bar when you reach the market and it's not properly price adjusted? More importantly, if you click to add it to cart, does it then apply the discount? I see the discount in the market properly, although the page doesn't load quite right for me on Firefox 59.0.2 64-bit (getting just a white background instead of the proper page; opens fine on Chrome on the same computer).
I primarily play Zunzyne Siegemaker, and am the guild master of Ares Macrotechnology on Ghallanda.
Reaper Experience Calculator: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...ewE/edit#gid=0 (out of date as of U42.4, needs testing for new values)

Control-F5 does *not* fix. Adding to cart does *not* apply the discount either. Clicking the same link showed a discount yesterday. The bad link from the advertisement is...

    http://store.standingstonegames.com/...emeid=29252200

I am using the 64 bit version of Firefox 59.0.2 under Windows 7.

At least most of the links give the sale. There are probably some potential customers clicking on the bad link and giving up when they think the sale is over though.

I can verify that it works now. Thanks for your timely fix. Small details can hide great rewards. May you be rewarded with more sales.
