Or is just only one alchemical or one admantine ritual on weapon/armor/ or item.

Question 2:

Doing the reincarnation route do we get to keep favor at all going along the racial reincarnation route because I do not want to lose the bank or my House Cannith favor (105 so not that big of deal but another month or three then it will really hurt to lose House Cannith favor!) I just completed my 1st racial reincarnation and 2/3 of the way to completing my 2nd racial wife (oops freudian slip) life.
