Artificer missing spells?

Is anyone else missing spells from spell selection after a racial reincarnation? It seems the spells I selected from my 1 level of arti I got are not in the list every time I reincarnate. Each time I TR I swap the spells from conjure bolts and enchant weapons to grease and ablative armor. The following life those spells are missing from the list depending on which two I chose.

pretty sure you lose all your spells when you TR, unless they have recently changed that. Wizards lose all of their spells when they TR, even if they TR into a Wizard again.

Spellbooks are lost when doing True and Racial Reincarnations. You do start at level 1 again after all, with all the favour reset, and with a new past life feat, and more build points the first two times, and you get the possibility to change your character into any class, race, or alignment you want.
So, yeah, I think it would be weirder if you got to keep your spells.

Just pop by House Cannith, there's a scroll vendor there who sells most artificer spells. You can definitely grab Conjure Bolts and Enchant Weapon from her, then inscribe them and know them until you TR again.

Unless it has been fixed, Conjure Bolts scroll has always been reported to be bugged. If you inscribe it, it always conjures +1 level 1 bolts. If you learn the spell when levelling up, you end with two versions of it in your spellbook, one working and one broken.

Never tried it personally.
