Default 2 recent petty frustrations regarding UI... please fix

I currently play a Bladeforged Pure Monk level 20....

    1. Players now need to have available the required ki for each action to get the feats/enhancements that activate that action to illuminate on the hotbar.
ex: Stunning Fist requires 15 ki to activate. Unless I have at least 15 ki when I drag it from Feats/enhancements to hotbar- it will always be grayed-out. The only way to get it TO illuminate is to have at least 15 ki-then drag it. Once placed & illuminated correctly, I have noticed that they can revert back to gray randomly, perhaps as a result of my available ki dropping below whats required to activate that action. It will stay gray until I get the required ki AGAIN and then I need to pull it AGAIN from feats/enhancements to hotbar. I find myself 2nd-guessing my available actions. (ex: whether Stunning Fist is actually available to use in terms of cool-down/ki required because it WON'T illuminate) Not Cool.

I noticed this one the last few months on a pure Wizard. It may have been fixed by now- I haven't been a Wizard for about 4 weeks so cannot speak to this as recently.

    2. It used to be when you swapped spells as a caster the spell you discarded/un-memorized whatever- became grayed-out/inactive on your hotbar. This is no longer the case, the discarded spell stays illuminated albeit unusable. This served as a nice reminder to the user that that spell needs to be removed from the hotbar as it's no longer memorized AND reminded the user that the spell HAD been swapped-like if you had just picked up ooze puppet temporarily for Sub runs.
ex: If I swapped ooze puppet for knock but forgot to manually remove it from my hotbar it would still show as an active and available spell. Personally this leads to frustration and annoyance. It's 60% that I didn't remember to remove it and 40% that SSG messed this function up to begin with.

I understand that these are small annoyances and can be solved with a little maintenance. But why? They worked just fine before.
Thanks for your attention and hopefully this is a simple fix that can be changed w U38.
