Bears. With the upcoming druid update I've been thinking of turning my fighter into a bear druid because it looks like a lot of fun. I've already got builds planned out but I got a question:
Which race makes the biggest (and best) bear!?
I've narrowed it down to half-orc, dragonborn, warforged, and PDK.
The thing is, I don't need anymore PDK lives on him and that would require a +1 heart because I want it to be pure (I'm funny like that). I know that anyone with druid levels is getting a +3 LR heart with the update but I'd hate to use that without actually needing it (I'd rather save it for something else).
I don't own half-orc, nor do I remember the last time half-orc was on sale, otherwise this would be the obvious pick for a bear druid.
That leaves dragonborn and warforged. Warforged doesn't seem to be very druid-like, and you lose half the reasons of becoming a warforged in the first place when you use wildshapes. Dragonborn was my first thought: they have some low-hanging fruit for melee builds in the racial tree (brute fighting would be helpful and the +4 strength with some healing amp and HP), but they do have a large bear form.
I'm so bad with decisions. I should just rename myself to Analysis Paralysis.
