Stacking Bonus Potions

Say I have 4 Soveriegn, 5 Greater, 3 Lesser, and 7 Minor XP Potions.....

Can I chug all of them at once and they will countdown in that order, i.e. after 24 hours of Soveriegn....it will automatically rollover to what is remaining on the Greater x5 timer and so on with the other two types.

Also can you do this with Guild Renown Elixers and Slayer Boosts.

Yes, the higher bonuses will be active, and the lower bonuses paused until the highest bonus expires.
