EIN broken on bladeforgd mon/pally

I am currently running a bladeforged monk/pally (16/4). I am in Grandmaster of flowers and not matter what I do I can not get the EIN counter to go above 1 (sometimes it resets to 0).

I am running shintao and a bit of sactred defender (sacred defense on) and knight of the chalice (exalted smite and cleave).

I have only the basic bladeforged body (not mithril or adamantine).

I have tried changing stances (fire, earth...) no effect.

Anyone know what is wrong?

Nevermind, testing in light of day- ein goes to 1 and is available. I recalled a counter to 25 which I can't see now.

The counter appears in the buff bar at the top of the screen.
