did you guys happen to make some improvements to spell casting? since last downtime I've noticed no freeze when buffing myself with ranger spells and drinking my DW pot. I still have the random ~3 second freezes though.

You are the one choosing not to play alts.

Casual player now investing way less than I used to into the game, playing 1-3 months at a time and still want nothing to do with Reaper. #improvepuggrouping#alldifficultiesmatter

Maintenance means they do server-side stuff like defrag databases and Windows updates. No code changes.

    Default Audio issue

For some reason I'm not getting any audio. Checked to see if it is with my computer, but streaming music from other websites like YouTube, etc. works. Also no problem playing music from music file. But DDO has no sound
Thelanis: Drowmon, Dwapal, Elvran, Gnowar, Halcle, Helart, Helwiz, Horfig, Humdru, Sunnsett, Wafoar, Wardrakni

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Zerg me once, you go to the Ignore/Squelch list. Zerg me twice won't happen.

Did you check your audio? Might be that your settings have been reset or something.

    This happened to me recently.

Go Options -> Audio, and scroll down toward bottom. One of the dropdown menus there should point to your playback software - mine had reset itself to "none". When I corrected it, problem solved.

Yes checked that still set way it should be. Will try uninstalling game software and reinstalling, even though that is a PITA.

not sure what system you run, but at times my mixer on win7 will just randomly turn a specific thing...(game, winamp, browser... etc... ) to zero or mute....
