I would do all dex and for the ser bonuses aim for ranged power
Given the high rate of fire, you could also do one of the procs
Anyone else weighing in? I put snake bite on my level 24 Cormyrian star to see how effective it is witj Sting of Ninja & if the poison procs on Spellplague

Proud Knight of the Silver Legion, Cannith: Saekee (main) and some others typically parked at some level to help guildies and other players
Anything with procs and ranged power. Beyond that might depend on synergy with build choices and play style.
Edit: I guess if the bonus is from different filegres they stack (i.e. multiple dex bonuses)?
My take on "the grind": https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...=1#post6220972
Ordinary humans have inhibitions that serve as a buffer against what we know is bad behavior.
However, some people, by blaming others for their own bad behavior, develop a thought pattern that allows them to override self-control in order to achieve a selfish end.
- My opinion on exploiters and cheaters blaming SSG for unfair punishment.
Different dex filigree will stack
You could also do a 3 piece from Long shadow, choices as per OP

While on that subject, could someone go over the numbers (roughly) for +4d6 +d6/ Level damage vs. +10-20 (+++) Ranged power?
I'm thinking that the simple +dice are better, esp at higher levels (since the RP doesn't scale), and/or if your ranged power is already fairly high (since +20 becomes proportionally less increase) - but that's just a gut guess.
Do you find enough targets are not immune to poison to make that worthwhile? I've always shied away from it for just that reason. :/
