I don't, and I didn't. It was an "analogy", to illustrate one fallacy of your position. (And, no, I don't care to explain the distinction atm.)


However, if your postion, then, is that: if others have gotten away with murder (literally or figuratively) in the past, and many others are doing so now, then everyone should be able to do the same... yeah, community is better off.
