Default How much XP do you get from challenges?

If I step.into most quests, I can see how much XP I'll get for a completion (not counting modifiers that I'll get later like Ransack or Conquest).

How can I tell how much XP I'll get for a challenge?
    Especially the anniversary challenge.

I got 80Kish for my first Epic completion on one character and 20Kish on another level 18 character and I'm trying to see when to run the anniversary quest now that I've TR'ed and I'm back to level 3 this afternoon. Is there a significant difference in XP between running the challenge at level 5 vs level 19 vs any other level?

I did notice that running the challenge when I was level 20 gave me more XP than running it when I was level 19 - even though I ran the challenge at challenge rating/level 23 both times.

It depends on how many objectives (stars) you complete, on the base xp which varies between different challenges, and if someone else in the party is more than 3 levels higher than you you get a pretty big penalty. The first time you complete a challenge dungeon on a character you get way more xp than on subsequent runs.

    tl;dr It's complicated

as stated above—the general rule is first time = big xp—get all stars etc & do not group with overlevels. After that, challenge xp has never been very good.

I used to run them to speed up etr if I had extra coms, but I never run them now because it doesn't give any rxp.
