Rose Colored Glasses Appearance Working As Intended?

Last night I glamered the Rose Colored Glasses. If worn with one of the Armor of Celebration cosmetic items, the Glamered Rose Colored Glasses take on a very pleasant mirrored appearance. If worn with anything else I tried, they take on a somewhat glowing gold appearance. Is that working as intended?

This is not a complaint. I am merely curious and trying to decide if I should glamer the Rose Colored Glasses again.

In my experience they take on the primary color of the armor worn.
They were dark grey for me with the Cosmetic Anniversary Robe and Shadow Dragon Armor.
But were gold for me in the Leathers of the Celestial Archer or when not wearing any armor.

Type in "MSPaint" down in the "search" space down near the bottom to the left on your screen or open a command line and type "mspaint.exe" and hit Enter.

In the left image, the Rose Colored Glasses have a mirrored appearance. In the right two images, they look silvery. On lower resolutions, they become golden yellow.

I saw this and I had to try it out since I already had a pair of those goggles. only a few armors/outfits changed the appearance of the goggles most of what I tried showed the "real?" look of the goggles. the same look as center and right images. it seems like when the lenses do change it copies some pattern from the armor for the lenses. it would be nice if the goggles changing appearance with each armor/outfit was intended. if not with these goggles maybe a future set of goggles.

Yeah, some armors work with them, some don't. I've gotten them to turn interesting shades of blue with some cosmetic armors (Reaper Platemail and Cyan Cannith Outfit with Cerulean Garb).

No discernible pattern for which ones worked and which didn't. I suspect maybe if there's an "over the chest" piece to the armor, it might change to match that, but I'm not sure. It seems like it looks for a specific texture presence that isn't on most of the armors I tried.

The first type looks amazing. I wonder if it gets similar with thunderforged armor because it looks similar in colour?

Looks like it "reflects" the look (texture and color) of the bracers. Check the other pictures, above. Bracer color (or lower arm color for robes) seems to be dictating how the goggles appear.

Make sure you see them with red dragon docent! They are red with scaly cracks haha

I tried the Rose Colored Glasses with the Purple Dragon Knights Robe, Robe of Winter Ice, Glamered Reveler's Regalia, and Starter Rags. All four produce the appearance in my center and right pictures. Whatever they react to causing a colour change, many armours seem not to have it.

Has anyone tested if these effect still occur when the goggles are glamorized?

All three of my pictures were taken using a glamered version of the Rose Colored Glasses. I have only been able to achieve two effects--mirrored and silvered. Other posters have achieved black and blue versions. I do not know if they used a glamered version of the Rose Colored Glasses or not.
