When will Ravenloft go on sale for ddo points and how many will it cost? I would buy $40 pack now but don't want anything but Ravenloft.

You mean buy in the store with points earned through favor? hmmm yeh what a loss for them. Seriously, the $40 package is a good deal, the others are clearly just for the shinies. You play a game, support it, or wait.

Yes, I've cancelled my VIP and will use that money to buy the expansions on releasedate in the future... Good business for SSG? Not really...

Should be soon. Ravenloft is excellent, can't wait for everyone else to join us. There's already lots of people running it including the raids.

I apologize for the confusion. The double bonus points sale means you received 500+200 points instead of 500+100 points. What is doubled is the bonus points you receive with the purchase, not the total amount of points you purchase.
