Monster Champion damage-over-time on-hit effects now have an internal cooldown, and will no longer apply multiple stacks from one multi-projectile spell.

Maybe magic/chain/force missile monsters stop being 20x more difficult as anything else now (if you forgot shield spell)?

What happend to patch 3?

Have you checked the graphics of random NPC #37 in the marketplace? Patch 3 might be where they fixed hole in his tunic!
Or they might be using D&D edition style numbering, where you get to leave out one number from the sequence in the belief that, if it isn't mentioned eventually people will believe it never happened!

Fixed an issue with the Ravenloft Exit signs where you could "Return to Eveningstar" even if your character had not been to Eveningstar.

Define 'been to Eveningstar'. IF I reincarnate and I'm a teensy little leve 1 with my Eveningstar key, I use it and end up there. Will I be able to make use of the barovian teleports? Or is it tied to the quest chain?

I like all the quality of life fixes and anniversary awards for all characters.
I don't like that the cosmetics are BTC, I hate the inventory space eating, heck it's part of why I didn't buy the most expensive Ravenloft package.
