2011 I was in my 69 Camaro and got T-Boned, it partially detached my brain-stem and I lost a lot of my memory and hand/eye coordination.
I spent 2 years with my head "strapped" to a chair to eliminate the vertigo the game was causing. I wound up on a few nasty psychotropic drugs that made me unpredictable, as my forum history shows. (well most of it

)
Eladrin was looking into making the cursor a different color or have options for it, but havent heard anything on that for years. Like a few others, I struggle through gaming, as it's the thrill of the game that kept me coming back day after day. (DDO is therapy for some)
Stem cell therapy was started 5 weeks ago, and has provided me with some amazing healing like Ive never witnessed. My vertigo is gone, I can log into game and play with no motion sickness or vertigo effects. Ive waited 6 long years for this. And it's amazing.
The doctors say the memory will have some real severe challenges. But they expect me to have normal retention soon. I went from a power gamer to a sub-optimal player because of the injury, and people that really know me, know how much that bothers me.
So Cordovan, KK, 404, Eladrin ( I know you're there) thanks for the patience and help you've given me over the years. And for the invite to Mournlands, I did my best to participate in testing, but the injury kept me from full potential. **I'll take the award for the 1st solo epic run in Crucible to my grave. I did it on Recap a human Tempest/AA str build.** After that my gaming days went downhill real fast......
Thanks to Madborn Guild AND Ministry of Destruction Guild for taking me in and being patient. (Especially Ros leader of Madborn, he's been a great guild leader and supportive of my antics)
SO..... I'm back. I have a clear mind and can mash the keyboard as good as ever (the game knowledge is WiP).
*Psychoblonde, whats up w/ the sig?* I have lots of art projects to start, and a few requests from forumites to fill.
