Planning to TR and haven't done a sorcerer. Don't own dragonborn so thinking drow would be a solid choice for the CHA, darkfire and spell resistance which could help with horrid saves. Don't plan on taking any spell penetration instead relying on sonic blast (will), web (reflex), greater shout (fort) for soft CC with things with resistance. Force as secondary elemental with EK boosting force spell power and providing defense. Have a spiral, voice of the elementals which has a great effect that when you reequip it starts back at fire so going fire based. That's 50 exceptional fire spell power, 20% exceptional crit and 5 caster levels to fire. ED will bounce between Angel and Draconic. Possibility of medium armor and heavy shield for PRR/MRR and more defense vs reflex save spells with shield. Insightful reflex fixes reflex save as end gear setup has INT item which is easier to find then DEX.
