Also when logging in normally it says Already in this world.

Nice necro.
As it turned out my toon was missing a lot more then I realized.
I never got credit for past life. I think the Dm seen I had an extra ap to spend and thought all was well.
I got the ap from pre purchase bonus.
Like many others I lost full cookie jar, basically everything.
