Default Thoughts on Reaper Defenses for Warforged Archmage

Is it better to go for the max dodge of 27% or 29% (with aug) or to grab adamantite body and work up the PRR and MRR? Grabbed the feat over lunch to compare the type of gains possible and looking for input.

    Current: (no past lives)

    85 PRR, dodge 22%, MRR 48, AC 89

After adamantite feat and equipping warsword shield which enabled mist set bonus so 20 PRR is from that then 5 for shield, 30 from feat itself:

144 PRR, Dodge 0% max of 3% or 5% (with aug), MRR 95, AC 118

Can gain 30 more PRR from casting tensers but might not be practical with the double cooldown with spells. All arcane hinderance is accounted for, spell power is within 20 of non adamantite body setup which can be regained with crafting or greensteel for spellsight. MRR uncapped after taking feat, which is nice almost 50% reduction to magic damage.

Question is, is it worth it? I'll get hit more in this setup which would require more healing which has a penalty because of the warforged race and self healing penalty if I repair. Advantage is spike damage should go down and MRR is uncapped.

Typically run small groups of R2 and R4-5 with full groups. Survivability hasn't been too much of an issue but always looking to improve.

In my opinion adamantine body with shield and set bonus is the way to go unless you build for evasion. With lower prr and mrr there is too much opportunity to get one-shot especially as you move up skulls. It's easier to get rid of arcane spell failure with the -10% available with sentient weapons. Wizards with insightful reflexes get a lot of magic mitigation by making their saves so they can get away with low mrr more than sorcs and warlocks, but the combo of insightful reflexes with a good save and high mrr is simply amazing. 150ish PRR is the sweet spot in my opinion.

On R3 my reconstruct heals me for about 800 and close to 2000 on a crit which happens more due to legendary memory of fine regalia, but that only helps if you don't get one shot.

I wouldn't worry about Tensers. If anything I would look at spending 14 ap in eldritch knight to get arcane barrier, some force spellpower and a little more defense.

Went wraith form with the heavy armor for the 25% incorp miss chance and filling out the 3% dodge as I felt I was getting hit too much not having a ghostly item. Heavy armor has made all the difference in the world however, very noticeable survival increase. Will go back to repair healing someday as I do not see undead healing working too well in the higher reaper settings but for now back to undead. Did keep tenser's memorized and I cast it occasionally when more physical defense has been needed. Example would be tanking a R3 golem in invitation to dinner which hit for 220-250 when it connected which death aura and burst was able to self heal thru. Blocking with a shield helped in that situation too as it shaved off 19 per hit.
