So im on a windows 10 system and recently my library started blocking everything. Like everything not just games, i cant even download documents from specific websites and other websites i cant get onto. I'm wondering if anyone has a system or an idea on how to get around their blocking so i can still play DDO. Not really happy about this China attitude they have decided to take in suddenly blocking everything and I'd like to still be able to play the game while im at the library waiting on my sister and brother to finish reading their books so if anyone can give me a thought i'd appreciate it.

It might be easier to bring your own lab top or tablet to the library and use the library's public wifi. Trying to circumvent the library's security on there computers might get you banned from there.
