Meme fodder. Lol thanks for the laugh i needed it.

Look like you need to play with your resolution settings. On a laptop i would try to match them up first to see if it looks okay.

    Seriously? No-one?

Why is my UI so tiny? How do I get the old UI back? I can barely see my in-game chat, hotbar icons etc.!

I've been trying them - It seems the end of the video got cut short somehow. They don't make a difference.

You chose diff resolutions and nothing changed? Maybe the game needs a long time to react?

Edit: I haven't watched the video until the end, sry.

It won't accept most of them! When it did finally accept one it became "custom" and just remained the same!

I need to know how to get back the old UI Size {It's all half-sized now and way too small for me}.

Try to use auto-detect best settings. If the system found it, change the resolution to the one you want.
Or just copy the UI settings from your old system to your new system.

Check your OS resolution settings, too. Does they differ from before?

Assumption (could not understand your ramblings clearly): Your new laptop has higher resolution than your old potato. Your icons look small.

Unfortunately, icons and UI cannot be scaled in DDO.

    Solution:
    * If you were willing to play in full screen mode, you can use the in-game resolution settings
    * If you don't want to play in full screen mode, you would have to change the resolution in Windows.

Changing resolution in Windows resizes the screen to different letterboxes unfortunately - I don't want a smaller screen, I want larger Icons and Text

I did manage to scale text to 150%, loading up DDO now to see if that's worked.
