Wiki says if you wear armour you cant cast spells. Does this mean just Druid spells? If I am 19clr/1drd in heavy armour, can I still cast cleric spells?

It doesn't say "if you wear armor", it says "If you wear prohibited armor", which is armor made of metal. Cloth, leather, dragonscale, crystal...these do not interfere with Druid casting.
Kobold sentient jewel still hate you.
ok.... Im not sure how you thought that was the answer to the question
If you wear armour that stops you casting does that stop you castign ALL spells or just druid ones
It should affect only Druid spells and abilities as it is breaking your Druidic oath which is tied to you being a Druid. It's similar to if you were a Monk/Druid wearing leather armor. Your leather armor doesn't affect your druid spellcasting or abilities, but causes you to become uncentered and prohibits you from using many Monk abilities. A character with 19 Cleric levels and 1 Druid level should still be able to cast Cleric spells/SLAs just fine.
Druidic Oath doesn't affect non-druid spells. Dunno if your armor has any effect on Season Herald's abilities, though; I've never tested that.
