Characters Fail to Render

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue/found a solution.

Ever since the recent update (yesterday, "the exploit one" with no patch notes) the game has failed to load my characters on the first attempt. I log in to the game fine, but then the game freezes up when rendering my characters. I have to force shut-down the game and log in again. Both today and yesterday this happened on the first log in attempt, with the second one going perfectly fine.

It appears that whatever they did to fix whatever was being exploited also managed to break something else lol.

I am also having this problem. I try t log into ghallanda and the game just hangs once it tries to render the character and I have to close and restart the game.
I don't know what version of windows he's on, but i'm on windows 7.
