Default Gingerspyce's week in videos: Aasimar, Midwinter Race and Teaching Raid Live Streams

Happy February! I haven't posted much here lately, but the videos haven't stopped!

    Gingerspyce Aasimar Project
The Aasimar Project is about the fun of running through my 3 Aasimar lives and captures lives 19-21 on my way toward racial completionist! In the first life of the series I did my favorite druid build. The 2nd life of the series was a water domain cleric with Olladra as my deity. Now in the 3rd life I am doing cleric again but this time with the animal domain and Sovereign Host as my deity.

My 2 cleric lives have been a lot of fun. I have been enjoying focusing on my turning ability, which not only eradicates undead but with the life 2 water domain I was turning elementals and now in life 3 I am turning animals and magical beasts with the animal domain. I wanted to share a few recent favorites from life 3...

Last year I posted a video showing how I like to skip Korthos and invis-run Stealthy Repossession to get to level 2 within minutes of reincarnating. Some viewers commented that they struggled to complete because they didn't have striding so I decided to make the first episode of life 3 doing the quest without striding and without haste boosts. See how I do in Aasimar Project episode 19: R1 Stealthy Repossession (without striding)

Late one night, early on in life 3, we had a really solid full group that spent several hours running through lowbie content on higher skulls than I had ever attempted. Usually at these low levels I'm only with 1 or 2 other people so we are often just doing R4-5's, but with this crew we did a bunch of R7's and had a blast! Irestone Inlet is a bit tougher than other quests of its level so we decided to just do it on R4. I almost didn't include it in the series because of the higher skull quests we did on both sides of it, but we had so much fun in this particular quest that we wanted to share it with you in hopes you will get a laugh or two out of our antics. Check out the fun in Aasimar Project episode 23: R4 Irestone Inlet.

The next video is a double feature of us doing some of the higher skull lowbies. Here, one of my guildies is doing an elemental domain, so between the two of us we are turning all elementals, animals and undead, all of which is featured in Aasimar Project episode 24: R7 Chamber of Insanity and Lair of Summoning.

    Midwinter Race
The Midwinter Festival is here, so I wanted to share again a video I did a few years ago of the midwinter race, where I do a couple races and offer some tips about the race and recipes. If you're new to the Midwinter Festival, watch my quick video below!

If you're on Sarlona and are new to raiding and want to join us, all event details are in the Sarlona Forum. Here are the 2018 events so far...

    Much love,
