Looking for a druid build for heroic PL

Prefer playing a caster but I am open to playing as a melee. The plan is to take him/her to 20 and then htr so I am not concerned about "end game" viability. If I was really enjoying the build at most I would bang out an epic PL or two running normal dalies.

Current PL's include: Ranger, Monk, Barb, Bard, Clr, Ftr, Wiz, Sorc, Rog, Pal.

Would prefer to play a pure druid, just to soak in the whole druid experience. My gear is meh but I figured I can cannith craft any gaps that I have.

max + levels wisdom

Max, Empower, Quicken, Completionist, PL:Wiz, SF:#1 Evo, SF#2 Evo

Replace completionist and PL:Wiz with spell penetration feats if you don't have those feats available, and take them at 15 and 18 instead of 9 and 12.
