Munchkin Games 2018

I know it is a little early to be thinking about summer, but me (Saleena-Riedra) and my co-host Tekikatoku are already hard at work for this years big summer Munchkin Games. We are hard at work on learning the two new Ravenloft raids as well as Riding out the Storm to add all three to the games this year. We are also working on getting a few of the other raids that we are still a little shaky on under our belts.

With that being said we have already figured out the schedule for this year. We are continuing the Friday Night and Saturday Morning raids. This gives everyone both in the states and over seas a chance to participate in our raids. We are going to do something a little different though this year. We will be helping with flagging for our Raids this summer starting in March. We will take at least 1 day a week, and put up for flagging. In May it will be at least 2 days a week for the first 3 weeks due to the fact May is reserved to flag for Caught in the Web, and The Curse of Strahd. We are doing this because both of those raids have so many quests that are required to flag for them. So look for our posts in March on our official Facebook page for the day, time, and which raids we will be flagging for that week.

As always difficulty mainly depends on the party at the time. We may even look into possible reaper mode with some of these. We look forward to all the fun we have in store this year and hope you will join us for this grand adventure.

Please do note for those worried about bravery bonus you can turn off your bravery bonus in the Hall of Heroes.

Another minor note you will notice we have one weekend that states possible Marauding with Munchkins. This is where we will try to fill the raids with as many munchkins as possible. Once we can’t fill any more munchkins we will open the raids up to other races.

Dwarves were considered medium size in AD&D onward...

That is correct. We have gone based off of AD&D rules since the first Munchkin games years ago. All small playable races are welcome.

And thanks we actually set up the facebook page a few years ago but over the last year got down to business in really using it and posting to it more often. It has become a real big help in organizing and maintaining the Munchkin events.

When I made my druid I went halfling but then again I am sure Deep Gnome would work wonders with Druid.

We are 2 weeks away from the opening of the Summer Munchkin Games. Teki and I are very excited. Our flagging has been going great. This week we finish up CITW and Ravenloft flagging (part 3 of each). Next week is a break week for us.

I am excited about this opportunity to get to run all those raids I have never seen.
Some questions:
1) Should we just log in at the time and wait for lfm, or should we register beforehand somehow? (I am not on facebook)
2) Where can I find the rules for nude raids? I have read about those years ago, but never tried, and google was not helpful.

Well if you would like you can simply let me know on here or on game which raids you would like to reserve a spot for. Which is easiest because it means you are guarenteed a spot in the raid that you will be running. The reserved lfm always goes up 30 minutes before the first raid and stays up for 25 minutes before we move to an open lfm. Once it moves to open LFM it is first click first added (provided they are gnome, deep gnome, or halfling). For the other raids that are scheduled that evening once one raid is done me and Teki drop group and reform throwing up a reserved lfm which stays up for 10 minutes and then open to finish filling munchkin spots after that.

As for nude raids we run no armor, no weapons, no items, no wands, no pots, and no scrolls. You can only use what is on your character sheet, destiny, spells, and enhancements. You can also use ship buffs. Then as we run the raid you can use everything you pull out of chests (the only time you will see a bunch of level 30s pine over low level stuff lol). And we remind people before we start our nude raids to remove all equipment.
