Cannith Crafting ML34 question

This may seem like a dumb question, but how is ML 34 Cannith gear useful? What is the way someone could equip/use this gear? I can't find any reference to this question on the wiki. I know there used to be bound shards of masterful craftsmanship... are they used for this purpose somehow?

All of the 31+ shards are usable by level 30 characters, they have higher scaling and higher crafting level requirements to make them.

Can you tell me how to craft a ML 34 shard. I see this is available in the DDO Crafter but can seem to figure out how to craft the shard. Best I can craft is a ML 30

Update 50, reduced the power levels that could be Cannith crafted from Level: 34 to 30. You can no longer craft the bonus level: 31-34.

You can’t. The highest lvl you can be is 30. The highest level gear in game is now 30

The last update removed the ability to craft ML shards higher than 30. I assume that what was once ML30/Treasure Level 34, will become ML34 once the level cap increases.
