I need help with a problem in my account I already opened two tickets and nobody from the staff answered me, I bought the ravenloft expansion and my account that was premium came back to free account even after I invested in the game! I need help because the tckets were opened eight and four days ago and nobody did anything!

That's normal.. the turn around time for support is very slow.
