I have been down with the flu for about 4 days. And So I decided to break out my old copy of DDO. I have not played since the game went live. My biggest question is what do I do with all those enhancements. Do I stay in one class is one class better than an other. I do play on Fantasy Grounds where I am currently playing a 5th edition druid. So I decided to make a druid here in DDO. I like how I can change shapes and such but it seems like a hardly see anyone online I would really like to find out where to go to level I'm currently 5th and everywhere I go I get have to be this level or another level. Id love to do FR expansion or something fun if anyone has any advice.

First, DDO is not DnD - and the enhancements are a big part of that diff.

There is no single "Do X" advice - part of DDO is the variety, more than one way to skin a kobold (if that's you're idea of a good time!)

I'd advise you to start here, and use a forum-tested-and-approved build. SO easy to self-design a build that will fail around level 8-12, especially if you take the DnD approach and just throw stuff together that looks good.

I always hit the "P" button on the keyboard to look up quests and do a sort by level. The good news is that there is a decent transition from 1-4 to 4-6. Start in Korthos, then you will do a good bit in the Harbor before moving into the marketplace. Also, hit 'O' and find groups around your level. Before you start mutliclasses, I'd do some reading on some of the build threads you can quickly mark a toon as "Failed Build" if you aren't careful, but you can also make some really cool builds if you do a little research.
