I raised a ticket regarding being over charged for Mists of Ravenloft Ultimate Fan Bundle where you site states the price is £99.99 incl Vat where applicable (I'm in the UK so it applies), upon checkout the bill was £119.99, I've also purchased the Lotro Ultimate bundle since and have been charged correctly £99.99 including vat, something has gone wrong with your payment system. I have been awaiting a response since the 9th December when I initially sent the email to the support email, I have since raised a ticket through the contact SSG 7 days ago and still have had no response. Considering when you submit the ticket it states 3-4 days I think this is very poor customer service considering both queries have gone to the same mailbox. How much longer will this take to resolve or for a member of staff to get in contact with me.
